Harnessing the power of art, culture, and technology in (historical) sites to create social impact, stimulate economic growth, strengthen communities, and combat gentrification.
The Concrete Culture Foundation (Stichting Concrete Culture Foundation (KVK 83221271, RSIN 8627.76.703) embeds art, culture, and technology permanently within urban developments, transforming them into sustainable communities. Through this, we want to move beyond using creativity as a temporary tool, focusing instead on designing environments where these elements have a lasting presence.

Concrete in the name of Concrete Culture Foundation refers to its connection to the built environment -area developments and (heritage) sites- in which Concrete Culture’s activities take place. Culture refers to the crucial role that the foundation wants culture to play in these existing environments and area developments.

The Foundation’s objective is the production, development, promotion, facilitation and provision of activities in the fields of art, culture, technology, the manufacturing industry, talent development and education, including intersectoral projects, whether or not at (real estate) locations and within area developments, in order to, among other things, enrich places, strengthen communities, foster talent, enhance liveability, counteract gentrification and/or generate social impact; as well as the acceptance of inheritances subject to the benefit of inventory, and furthermore everything which, in the broadest sense, is related or conducive thereto.
